Acceptance of Quote
After reviewing the Quote sent by MakaNet, you hereby agree to the following terms:
I agree to a 24 months term from the date of delivery of the services. Cancellation before the expiry term will result in the full remaining contracted term requiring payment.
I accept these conditions and those outlined in the Broadband Service Agreement. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST, are monthly unless otherwise stated and are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions.
To confirm online, enter your Name, Email and Quote number in the fields provided, then press Send to despatch your confirmation to MakaNet.
These Terms and Conditions of Trade (“Conditions”) form the basis on which Makanet supplies and sells the Goods and/or Services to the Customer. Each such supply and sale shall be affected pursuant to these Conditions. Any invoices, order or other document evidencing or describing and Goods and/or Services to be supplied to the Customer shall constitute acceptance of these Conditions and is incorporated into and forms part of this contract (“the Contract”) Any additional or different terms the Customer stipulates or states in any communication with Makanet (including an order) will not bind Makanet unless Makanet first agrees to such additional or different terms in writing. No sales person, representative or agent is authorised by Makanet to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Conditions.
